Referral Program Terms

Drafting note: these terms are a draft pending external legal review (API ADR "프로모션(무료) 크레딧", open item 1). The Korean version is authoritative once finalized.

1. Rewards

1. An organization (the "referrer") can share its referral link. When a new organization (the "referred organization") signs up with that link and makes its first payment, both organizations receive 250 promotional (free) credits.
2. Referral bonuses are granted as soon as the payment completes and are taken back if that payment is refunded.
3. Inviting members to your own organization earns no reward.

2. Conditions

1. The referred organization must be the first organization created by a new account that signed up through the link, and its first payment must be made within 90 days of its creation.
2. Each referring organization can earn up to 1,990 referral rewards per year and must have made a purchase of its own. Without a purchase of its own, only the referred organization is rewarded.
3. Referring yourself, your own organizations or their members, or using the same payment method on both sides, is not eligible. Referrals may be held for review.

3. Refunds and taking rewards back

1. If the referred organization's first payment is refunded, in full or in part and at any time, the referral bonuses of both organizations are taken back.
2. Only the unused part of a referral bonus is taken back; bonuses already spent are not charged back, and a wallet balance never becomes negative.

4. Promotional credits

1. Promotional credits are free credits. They are used before paid credits, expire at the end of the same day one year after they were granted (Korea time), and are not refundable.
2. Unused promotional credits that expire are removed from the balance and cannot be restored.

5. Changes and misuse

The Company may change or end the referral program, disable referral links, and withhold or take back rewards obtained by misuse. [Notice period and procedure: TBD]
